Group Sessions bring together 6-8 clients that are struggling with similar issues to use the power of the group to increase insight, find support, and make positive changes. Groups are an amazing way to work through challenges and develop new skills to manage stresses. New groups are starting on an ongoing basis, as needs arise. Group topics might include: Managing Stress and Anxiety, Adjusting to Life Transitions, Maintaining Recovery from Addictions, Finding Your Authentic Self, Women’s Issues, Empowerment, Healing from Trauma and Abuse, Healthy Relationships, Body Acceptance, Food and Body Connections, Imago Relationship Therapy, and Spiritual Enhancement.
